Overview

This website (elite32.org) and the Elite32 events, store and services are operated by NYCELITE32, doing business as Elite32 and operated by Ballin' 4 Peace ("Elite32," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or registering a team for an Elite32 event, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Event Registration

Team registrations for Elite32 basketball events are submitted through our registration forms. You agree to provide accurate team and contact information. Event schedules, formats, venues and game times may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered coaches of changes. Registration fees and refund terms are listed on each event's registration form.

Products and Purchases

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.

SMS Terms

Program: Elite32 (Ballin' 4 Peace) sends text messages to coaches who opt in, about team registration, game schedules and event reminders.

How to opt in: Coaches opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our team registration form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We may update content at any time without obligation to do so.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite32 and Ballin' 4 Peace are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products or events.
